"I work for Southern Cross University and recently I had the opportunity (or should I say pleasure) to attend a Microsoft PowerPoint training day in Coffs Harbour, run by Senah with the tutor being Chris Ryan who is a Microsoft Certified Trainer.

I have been working for over 30 years and not only was this the most professionally run training session I have attended, and I have attended dozens over the years!, but Chris was patient, explained functions very clearly and used terminology that was understandable.

At the end of the session, Chris provided the most concise, easy to read and understand, training manual I have ever been given from a training session.

It is not very often that I come across someone like Chris that has a special expertise in the area of training. I warmly congratulate him for his hands on approach to my training needs and I hope that I have the pleasure of his guidance in any future Microsoft training I attend."
